Common Requirements at Loan Application

Previous 2 years employment history – Employer name, address, and telephone number.

Also have your employment start and finish dates.

Paycheck stubs covering the most recent 1-month period. Example – 4 most recent stubs if you are paid weekly or 2 most recent if paid every 2 weeks.

W-2’s forms (2 most recent years)

​

Tax Returns for 2 years -

​

Proof of additional income (If applicable)

​

Bank Statements – Provide 2 months of statements for all checking, savings, CD, retirement, and investments accounts.

​

Information on all outstanding debts - Home, auto, student loans, credit cards, etc. Provide company name, address, telephone number, account #, balance, and minimum monthly payment.

​

Your complete address for the past 2 years

​

Previous 2 years landlord information is renting – Name, address, and telephone #.

​

If you have sold a home within the past 12 months, provide the final closing Statement (Settlement statement or HUD 1).

​

If you own rental properties, provide copy of rental lease agreements; 2 years of Federal Tax Returns.

​

Provide copy of Divorce Decree (If applicable)

​

Copy of Real Estate Contract (If applicable)

Year to date Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheets

​

Signed copies of the previous 2 years Personal and Business Tax Returns
